Our much loved and adored Mum passed away peacefully at Caroona Jarman, Goonellabah on 29th September 2025 surrounded with love. She was 92 years old.

Mum was the wonderful wife of John (dec). The cherished Mother and Mother-In-Law of Gail & Bob (dec), Rosemary & Rod, Les, Darrell & Lanie, Judy & Ron.

Adored Nana of Lachlan & Annette, Nathan & Melissa, Tony, Robbie, Amy & Andrew, Krystle & Nigel, Jay & Kirby and their husbands, wives & partners.

She was the proud 'little Nana' of 21 great grandchildren including and forever in our hearts, Hayden (dec).

Mum's life was a blessing to us and her memory a treasure.

We would like to thank Caroona Jarman for their wonderful care, love & support of Mum for over 3 years.

Now at peace in God's care.

As per Shirley's wishes a private cremation will be held.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a thanksgiving Memorial Service to be held at Casino Uniting Church, Canterbury St & Diary St, Casino, Wednesday 8th of October commencing at 1pm.

Lynette Helen Bobbin "Patsy"

17th March 1948 -  22nd September 2025.

Bobbin, Patsy (Formerly of South Lismore)

A proud "Southie," Patsy was a much-loved and well-known member of the community. She was known to many in the area through her work at St Vincent's Hospital and later as a school cleaner at schools including South Lismore and Albert Park. She survived the devastating 2022 floods and continued to live in South Lismore, only recently moving to East Lismore in the last eighteen months.

Patsy was the beloved wife of Jack Bobbin for 57 years, a devoted mother to Michelle Bobbin, a loving nan to Ryan, the late Lachlan, and Sammuel, and a cherished great-grandmother to Xavier. She was the daughter of the late Johnny and Betty O'Brien of South Lismore.

Family and Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service for Patsy Bobbin. The service will be held at The Lismore Lawn Cemetery Crematorium Chapel, Monday 29th September commencing at 2pm. A wake will follow at 3pm at a venue in South Lismore.

According to Jean's wishes, a private cremation has been held. 

Taken home on Thursday, 17 July 2025 at Saint Andrew's Nursing Home Ballina, Aged 85 Years, formally of Lismore.

She was a devoted Mother to Dale and Glen and highly devoted Noona to Mia. 

Jean, Mum and Noona will be deeply missed by her family. 

May she rest in peace and sing among the angels.

Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 16 July 2025, at Baptist Care Coraki. Late of Casino. Aged 93 years. Much-loved mother and mother-in‑law of Suzanne (decd), Brent, Alex & Ann‑Maree, and Susan. She was a devoted and cherished Gma to all her grandchildren: Travis (decd), Aaron, Ayla, Kathleen, Bee and Lizzy, and ‘GG’ to Finn, River and Rumi.

Very much loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends.
